  1. It offers a full range of professional services and products in support of all of the NAVSEA acquisition programs. This includes but is not limited to Virtual SYSCOM, Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), United States Marine Corp, Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Naval Facilities Command, other Department of Defense (DOD), non-DOD, or Joint Agencies.
  2. All of NAVSEA, its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field affiliates are supported by this contract.
  3. The first comprehensive acquisition portal for DoD professional services has been implemented to support this contract as the Seaport Acquisition Portal. (
